• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
• Pre-order products and custom orders take a minimum of 6-8 weeks to be processed and shipped. Please note this before placing your order.
• We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Our preferred shipping provider is AusPost.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

• Australia: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 Australia-wide.
• Metro Areas: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
• Regional Areas: Delivery within 7-10 business days.
• For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
• International Shipping Requests: If you are interested in shipping to India or the USA, please contact us via Instagram to arrange shipping details.

Shipping Delays:

Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to external factors such as customs or natural delays. In case of any significant delays, we will notify you by email.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey through AusPost.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

• If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at soumnavi@gmail.com. We will work with AusPost to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
• We are not liable for shipments that are lost or stolen after successful delivery has been confirmed by AusPost.
• Please provide a 360-degree unboxing video upon receipt of the package to be eligible for a return or refund if the item was damaged during transit.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Soumnavi Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
