Return & Refund Policy

At Soumnavi Boutique, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted with care and thoroughly checked before dispatch. Due to the delicate and custom nature of our products, we maintain a strict no returns, no refunds, and no exchanges policy.

❌ No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or any other reason.

  • Order cancellations are not accepted once payment has been made.

⚠️ Refunds

Refunds are only considered in the rare event that an item is missing from your shipment.

  • A 360° unboxing video (from the moment you open your parcel, before unwrapping items) is mandatory to validate any claim.

  • Refund requests without this video evidence will not be accepted.

  • Refunds are not provided for:

    • Damage during transit

    • Lost or stolen parcels after AusPost marks them as delivered

⏱ Refund Timeframe

  • Refund requests for missing items must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.

  • If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
