At Soumnavi Boutique, we want your jewellery to reach you quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged. Please review our updated shipping details below:


⏳ Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation.

  • Pre-orders and custom designs take a minimum of 6–8 weeks to process before shipping.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


🚚 Shipping Providers

We ship using Australia Post (tracked services only).

  • Free Standard Shipping (2–8 business days) on orders over $50.

  • Standard Shipping (2–8 business days): $10 for orders under $50.

  • Express Shipping (1–4 business days): $15 flat rate.


πŸ‡³πŸ‡Ώ New Zealand

  • Free Tracked Shipping (7–14 business days) on orders over $150 NZD.

  • Standard Tracked Shipping (7–14 business days): $15 NZD for orders under $150.

  • Express Tracked Shipping (3–7 business days): $25 NZD flat rate.

πŸ› Click & Collect (Australia only)

We now offer Click & Collect from Clyde North, Rowville and West Footscray in Victoria:

  • Please note this is Free of charge and is only available for Paid Orders.

  • Ready for pickup within 3–5 business days (we will notify you by email when your order is ready).

  • Exact pickup address and collection instructions will be shared once your order is confirmed.

  • Please bring your order confirmation email and photo ID when collecting.


🌍 Other International Orders

Currently, we ship only to Australia & New Zealand.
For other countries (e.g., India, USA), please contact us via Instagram or email to arrange a custom shipping solution.


⏱ Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Customs delays (for NZ orders)

  • Peak holiday periods

  • Weather or courier disruptions

We’ll notify you by email if there are significant delays.

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

  • You can track your parcel through Australia Post.


⚠️ Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at pratyusha.doddapaneni@gmail.com or dm us on Instagram and we will investigate with AusPost.

  • We are not liable for parcels marked as β€œDelivered” by AusPost that are then lost, stolen, or misplaced.

  • To be eligible for a refund on missing items, please provide a 360Β° unboxing video of the unopened package.

  • Soumnavi Boutique is not responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
