Orders are processed within 3β5 business days after confirmation.

Pre-orders and custom designs take a minimum of 6β8 weeks to process before shipping.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We ship using Australia Post (tracked services only).

Free Standard Shipping (2β8 business days) on orders over $50.

Standard Shipping (2β8 business days): $10 for orders under $50.

Express Shipping (1β4 business days): $15 flat rate.

Free Tracked Shipping (7β14 business days) on orders over $150 NZD.

Standard Tracked Shipping (7β14 business days): $15 NZD for orders under $150.

We are not liable for parcels marked as βDeliveredβ by AusPost that are then lost, stolen, or misplaced.

To be eligible for a refund on missing items, please provide a 360Β° unboxing video of the unopened package.
