What is the Soumnavi's Birthday Club?
It’s our way of celebrating YOU! Members receive a special surprise during their birthday month as a thank you for being part of the Soumnavi family. ✨
How do I join?
Simply sign up through our Birthday Club form on the website. We just need your name, email, and birthday date and month - easy! 🎉
Do I need to make a purchase to join?
No—joining the Birthday Club is completely free. 💖
When will I receive my birthday surprise?
Your exclusive treat is sent 10 days before your birthday via email. Don’t forget to check your inbox and promotions folder. 📩
We will also send a follow up email 5 days before the discount expires if the discount code is not used by then.
What kind of surprise will I get?
You will receive birthday discount which is just for YOU.
Will I automatically get marketing emails too?
Not unless you choose to opt-in. The Birthday Club and our marketing emails are separate. To get launch/news updates, please subscribe through the welcome discount pop-up form.
Will the email include all discount details?
Yes—your birthday email includes your unique discount code, the expiry date, and any terms & conditions so you know exactly how and when to use it.
Is the discount code one-time use?
Yes—the code is valid for one-time use only and is linked to your account.
Does the discount apply to all products?
It applies to only instock items on the website, and excludes preorders, and gift cards. Any exclusions will be clearly mentioned in your birthday email.
Can I combine my birthday discount with other promotions?
Your birthday surprise is already special and cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers and discounts.
What if I entered the wrong birthday?
No worries—just DM us on instagram or email us at soumnavi@gmail.com and we’ll help update your details. We will require a valid ID proof to update the birthday.
I signed up but didn’t receive anything—what should I do?
If you have joined our birthday club and your birthday is in less than 10 days and there’s no email, please DM us on Instagram or email soumnavi@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out quickly.
